Were very friendly

There was lots to do

The restaurant served

From Dublin I took another 3 hour train on Irish Rail (using my Eurail pass)

5 miles down the road from Cork is the Blarney Castle

Inside the castle is the famous "Blarney Stone". It's very touristy but

The castle and the views are beautiful

Those who want to kiss the stone (and get the gift of gab) have to lay down and lean back

From Dublin I used my Eurail pass to do a day trip to Cork

It was an easy 2:48 minute ride because I sat in their City Gold Class

And ate good food

Cork is a beutiful city
