Virgin America Adds Service To Orlando

Virgin America just announced it will serve Orlando International Airport (MCO) with one daily nonstop flight from both Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO) beginning October 6, 2010. Tickets are on sale today on Virgin America’s Web site and at 1.877.FLY.VIRGIN (1.877.359.8474). LAX-MCO fares start at $149 and SFO-MCO fares start at $199 one way in Main Cabin. I’m a huge fan of Virgin America (like everyone else) and flown them numerous times including last week from Toronto to San Francisco. Here are my other Virgin America stories:

-2007 Virgin America Preview (interview with Richard Branson)

-2008 LAX–Seattle to do a Rick Steves radio interview

-2009 Fort Lauderdale–LAX

-2010 LAX–Las Vegas on a special charter flight with their Fly Girls
