VIRGIN ATLANTIC: THE STRANGEST ITEMS PASSENGERS HAVE TRIED TO CHECK IN
The survey revealed items such as the lady who had her family carry her bath tub through the airport at JFK expecting the item to be checked in – it wasn't even wrapped or packaged – she just turned up with it at the check in desk!
From a giant wheel of cheese to a car engine, the survey revealed the strangest items that turn up at Virgin Atlantic check in desks around the world.
1) A pet tarantula hidden in a ladies coat at JFK airport.
2) A dead cow wrapped in plastic at JFK airport.
3) A bag of cutlery previously stolen from a Virgin Atlantic flight at Delhi airport.
4) A couple who fell in love on the island of Grenada decided to try and check in a bag full of sand, sea and water as a memory from the island they met and fell in love on.
5) A bag of soil and coconut trees at Grenada airport.
Greg Dawson, Director of Corporate Communications commented:
"Virgin Atlantic check-in staff see thousands of passengers on a daily basis but every now and then, a passenger will arrive at check in with something you would never expect – it certainly brightens up their day."

How to See ALL of Your Friends on Facebook
Don't worry, everyone still loves you and nobody has intentionally blocked you. The problem is that a large chunk of your friend/fan list can't see anything you post and here's why:
The "New Facebook" has a newsfeed setting that by default is automatically set to show ONLY posts from people who you've recently interacted with or interacted the most with (which would be limited to the couple of weeks just before people started switching to the new profile). So in other words, for both business and personal pages, unless your friends/fans commented on one of your posts within those few weeks or vice versa - you are now invisible to them and they are invisible to you!!
How Do You FIX This?...
On the homepage click the "Most Recent" title on the right of the Newsfeed, then click on "Edit Options". A box will appear. Next see "Show Posts From" and change the setting to "All Of Your Friends and Pages"
The Good News is: you can now view all of your friends and fans again.
The Bad News is: You Are Still INVISIBLE to a large portion of your list. You must get the word out to ALL of your friends and fans.
